Rising with the Sun
We begin at first light with practices to awaken body, heart, and spirit.
Through breath, song, gratitude prayers, and gentle movement, we connect with our wombs and our hearts, preparing ourselves to receive the day’s teachings.
These mornings often include dance, fluid movement, and embodied practices that open the body and attune us to the energy of the island.
Breakfast in Community
There will also be spacious time for rest and connection with the land.

Spiritual guide of the Sacred Woman School, a soul-led transformative counselor, and shamanic practitioner who has devoted more than 15 years to guiding women back into the power of their feminine essence. Through sacred teachings, intuitive healing, and womb wisdom, she supports women in remembering their magic, deepening their connection to the divine, and returning home to life’s original source.
Together, we will weave the golden threads of the New Earth: beauty, unity, love, and the power of sisterhood.

The late morning opens into our daily immersion. Here we enter the heart of the retreat through:
• Feminine wisdom circles and sacred teachings
• Hawaiian cultural arts, including lei weaving and hula dance
• Creative hand-weaving and crafting
• Musical and sound immersions
• Guided shamanic journeys and meditative explorations
These sessions are designed to deepen our connection to the Feminine and to the cultural spirit of Maui.

A wholesome meal is shared, followed by time to rest, walk the land, journal, or enjoy the waterfall. This is space for integration—allowing the morning’s experiences to settle gently into the body.

The afternoons hold additional practices and ceremonies that may include sacred dance, storytelling, womb wisdom teachings, or healing journeys.
At times, we will also go on nature excursions, journeys into the jungle, the ocean, or nearby sacred sites, to receive teachings directly from the land and waters of Maui.
Each day offers a unique blend of feminine arts and cultural transmission, guided by the land and the spirit of aloha.

As the sun sets, we come together in evening circles and ceremonies.
These may include fire circles, song, ritual, and shared reflection.
Each night closes with connection, stillness, and the soft embrace of sisterhood.

At the end of each day, the Haleakua Retreat Center welcomes you into deep relaxation.
Evenings are perfect for unwinding in the sauna, hot tub, or saltwater pool, letting your body be renewed by the healing elements of water and warmth.
Nights are for deep rest in the embrace of the jungle and the soothing lullaby of the waterfall.

We will ascend to the great Haleakalā, an energy portal revered as the heart chakra of all seven Hawaiian islands. This mountain is deeply connected to Lemuria and holds the memory of our ancient ancestors. Here, we will offer ceremony, prayer, and deep listening to the land.
Together, we will travel to Hāna, a raw and untouched paradise where the presence of the ancestors can be felt in every breath of wind and whisper of waves. Here, we will walk to virgin beaches, bathe in the healing waters, and open ourselves to ancestral guidance.
We will play, swim, and awaken our mermaid spirits in hidden pools and the rare red sands, reconnecting to the origin within us and embodying the joy, beauty, and freedom of the feminine essence.
